In overall charge of the day-to-day running of the practice. Deals with any complaints.

Practice Nurses

Our nurses are trained in triage procedures in addition to general nursing duties. They are also involved in specialised areas of nursing which include chronic disease management, health promotion, smoking cessation etc.

Reception Staff
Ivy (senior receptionist/admin), Andrea, Susan, Sharon, Elaine and Denise are highly trained to carry out their duties and are committed to helping patients with any non-medical aspects of their care.

They run the appointments system, prescriptions, maintenance of medical records and other key activities.

Support Staff

The district nurses, midwife and health visitor are based at the practice and offer an integrated approach to delivering high quality services to patients/clients, both at the surgery and at home.
